My Story

The only person stopping me was myself.

I was always an active kid, soccer, skateboarding. I spent my whole childhood chasing the dream of going pro on a skateboard. Moving my body was never the problem. Growing up was.

As a teenager I got into things I shouldn't have and started running with the wrong crowd. By the time I finished high school, I was lost. No money, no direction, and to be completely honest, I was homeless. That was the lowest point of my life, and I was still so young. I remember looking in the mirror and not recognizing what I saw. I knew I had more in me than what I was living. I just wasn't using it.

Around that same time, I ended up in the hospital with poor gut health. I'd torn my stomach lining and had leaky gut. I felt sluggish and terrible all the time, had to give up the foods I loved just to heal my insides, and could barely even go out. It was like having IBS for months on end.

The reset came during the pandemic. I moved back in with my parents for a few months to get back on my feet and get healthy again. I got into the best shape of my life and gave up weed, cigarettes, and drinking. I used that time to actually learn about fitness and nutrition, about myself. Locked in for six months straight, deleted social media. Not long after, I had the chance to move to Hawaii. I took it, and worked random jobs while I figured things out.

After a year of being out there grinding, working multiple jobs, I was on my way home from work when I got hit by a car on my moped. Broke my tibia. Spent three days in the hospital with nothing to do but think. No family, no friends, just me, myself, and my thoughts. The first thing that hit me was wasted potential, and that's something I never want to have. I could have died, and everything I said I wanted to do, what was actually stopping me? Nobody but myself. Sure, I was in shape, but I knew something just wasn't there yet. So I wrote a list of things I was going to do, to overachieve. A marathon was on it. I also started posting and documenting my life online, because it hit me that I might not wake up tomorrow, and I didn't want to have nothing to show for the time I did get. Six months later, I ran that marathon. I came out of it in even better shape and even more locked into fitness, health, and nutrition, because I wasn't sure a wake-up call like that would come around twice, and I refused to look back and know I didn't try hard enough.

Years later, I create content full-time and I genuinely love my life, because I decided to change who I was and document the whole thing along the way. Coaching people online was the natural next step, because this is something I actually care about, and honestly, I think the fitness and health industry has it backwards most of the time. It's not as complicated as it looks. It comes down to consistency and a holistic approach, training, nutrition, and mindset working together, not fighting each other. That's why you're here. And I love nothing more than helping you get to your full potential the right way.
